sunday 1 st Dec. yesterday had a rest day

weigh in 104kg, you guys always have solid advice and have my back, really enjoy logging here.

todays workout, chest

Dumbell press 2 x 30kg never been above 30kg but i reckon im ready, i did do these sets to failure

i finished heavy on the chest press and it gave me such a good pump

i also did cardio 20 mins on the treadmill till it reads 200 cals burned, walking jogging and sprinting till exhausted then back to walk

nutrition today was two scoops whey protein with skim milk and creatine, lunch 2 eggs scrambled, afternoon 200grams lean mince cooked with middle eastern spices and then two fried eggs and greek yoghurt..

supps today was D3, k2, FISH OIL, nmn, cialis, 20mg anavar, clen

current gear test E x 500mg, Tren E x 200mg, split between 3 pins a week
also pinning healing peptides twice a week for right arm tendanitis and shoulder.

night time mk677, magnesium chelate, cold and flu night tabs (paracetomol and antihistamine )

will get bloods done this coming week. can i post the bloods results here and ask you guys to teach me how to understand it? or should i find a doctor i can be honest with?

started the workout with 20 mins cardio of walk run sprint to get a good sweat going

got dental work done today preperation for crowns so ill be on a liquid diet and soft foods... more protein shakes and soups for couple days

continued with supps and also double scoop protein shake for brekky
afternoon meal was chicken and eggs with chilli crisp
and missus wanted pork roast so i had a small serving to finish the day

pec fly machine 90kg (brought the weight down since i tore my left shoulder two weeks ago going too heavy)

did my cardio as usual and cooked some chicken breast marinated with jalepeno garlic and lemon.. i will be eating this over the next two days with either eggs or avacado

using bpc and tbp to heal shoulder and its working well.. have ordered some retatrutide to try also
