Alternating db curls worked up to 20kg each arm for 10 reps a side
Barbell curls 40kg x 10
Rope hammers as pictured here 3 x 10 at 31kg on the pulley machine focusing on contraction at top and holding for a few seconds
Rope pushdowns
One arm tricep extensions 20kg x 10
3 x 10 at 31kg focus on squeeze at bottom and hold for a few seconds
