My leg workout that I did yesterday was pretty intense. Got some good pumps!

Barbell Back Squat
4 sets

Barbell Hip Thrust
4 sets

Single Leg Press Machines
4 Sets with no rest in between as each leg rests while the other one is working :)

Machine Lying Leg Curl
4 sets

Dumbbell Walking Lunges
4 Sets

Leg Extentions
4 Sets

I've been speaking to a mate at the gym who has helped me along my journey and I've decided to go on a massive calorie deficit .. started yesterday. I will do it for about 2 weeks.
