Workin' it 1-6 Style

Generally, I'd say yes but it is intented that the heavy set be closer to a 1 rep max. Is that Shirley Manson you have as an avatar?
 
This sounds very interesting, I am looking forward to trying it. BTW, Dragomir Cioroslan is also the coach of the US olympic weightlifting team. As an athlete he set many training records as far as volume and weights. The guy knows all about lifting heavier.
 
I believe

From my limited experience, I can believe this would make me stronger, but would it actually build muscle?? I mean, does it train you to use what you already have more effectively, or does this actually build more muscle?

Anyone tried this yet???

This is good stuff. I'm hitting PRs in bench press now, which is the ONLY exercise I'm doing this with and I'm making more progress in bench than in ANY OTHER EXERCISE.

I've noticed that if I wait < 5 minutes that I'm not quite ready and it won't quite work right. 5 minutes rest is best for me.

I've noticed that after completing bench presses (my first exercise) I feel stronger in all of my other exerciese; unstoppable. It's a great feeling.
 
I have a few questions.. what are these.. Scott EZ Bar mid-grip curls, and does the tricep dip have to be a V bar? What is a lying leg curl, what is a trap bar.. and the incline bar bell pres.. thats just a incline bench right? thanks!
 
Wow this is an old thread. Asking questions is always ok, but before you ask you should at least try to find basic info. Google is your friend.
