Soo, i need to be @ 10% or below by Feb. 10, Naturally (not including AAS
). Anyways, I'm 165 @ 16.1 BF. Right now my calorie intake is @ 1900 with a ratio of 30/50/20 for macronutrients. You can see it here if you want.
Heres the Question. Can I cut it down to 1600 cals maintaining the same ratios and spare muscle? I seem to think its possible considering my protein should be high enough.
