Why am I so dizzy!??

I have been very dizzy and sick to my stomach for the past two weeks off and on. I don't know what my problem is. If I make a sudden movement with my head I feel like I want to fall over. I get that feeling like you have had too many to drink. Yesterday I stepped off the precor and I thought I was going to pass out. Ugh!! What the heck is wrong with me? I hope I am not pregnant. Nah I doubt that. lol

I have that effect on women.

lol no my lips are fine. I didn't feel dizzy yesterday so we will see what happens.

i am a super hypochondriac and i would have added to your anxiety by thinking the worst case scenario. its terrible. i drive my wife nuts.

Thanks! Yeah I am the same way. I try not to listen to the news anymore it does a number on my anxiety. I worry too much. Funny thing is I used to never be this way. I didn't have a care in the world, but after having kids I worry about everything now. It sucks.
