Single-Leg Lying Hamstring Curl

  • 53kg × 13
Seated Hamstring Curl

  • Full stack +5kg × 12
  • 138kg × 11

Belt Squat Machine

  • 115kg per side × 8 (I got so close to 6 plates each side but this is now a regression on last week sooo I don't reckon it's coming til after prep)
Banded Leg Extension

  • Full stack +10kg × 15
Regular Leg Extension

  • Full stack +10kg × 12
Finished off with 4,000 steps on the treadmill… and yes, that fkn sucked.

incredible legend, this is coming together bloody nicely
