I am
FLAT. Checked in at
113.0kg this morning. This week has been a real grinder, to be completely honest. Motivation is at an all-time low, but every single box is still being ticked. Strength has surprisingly held okay, but every set absolutely buries me—by the end of each session, I’m wrecked.
Had check-in with the coach this morning and he was happy with the look. Big dry-out after the 600g carb day yesterday—little top-up of carbs tightened me up visually, but no big increase in fullness and no spill whatsoever. Based on that, we’ve adjusted the plan coming into peak week:
- Normally I’d run two low days over the weekend, but coach wants training-day calories to give me a little top-up before depletion.
- Running 285P / 230C / 60F for the next two days.
- No zero-carb days now—I’m already incredibly flat—so depletion training will be used instead.
- Low-day calories for depletion will look like 285P / 120C / 60F (may increase fats slightly for intramuscular triglyceride storage via fat loading, but undecided).
- Carb load strategy is TBD—we’re checking in daily and making adjustments based on real-time visual changes.
Honestly feeling really good about the package. I know I’m just flat, and dropping so quickly that the little bit of body fat left on glutes and lower abs should come in this week.
Drug Changes
- Last injection of test, EQ, and primobolan today.
- MOTS-C and Reta have been out since last weekend.
- Still running all orals:
- 120mcg clen
- 200mg 5-amino 1MQ
- 1mg SLU PP332 split into 2 doses
- Halo increased from 10mg → 20mg (3 days ago after assessing bloodwork from Monday)
- Anavar 60mg
- T3 25mcg
Getting really excited for the
post-comp reverse. I know we’ve added a good amount of tissue earlier in prep, and I can’t wait to fill back out and get training performance back. I’ve also decided to start working with a
new coach post-show as my current coach is stepping away to focus on other businesses. Super pumped to get GROWING.
