When You Miss a Body Part Do You Make Change Your Workouts Around?

Exp. You know like you had to skip back and bis one week because of something so when the following week comes do you do back and bis on Monday(instead of chest like everybody else does)or do you just do it on the regular day?

I just do it on the regular days, back takes alot of intensity and I don't like doing any other body parts on back or leg days it will take away from the good ole gun intensity. don't do it you will mess up your routine. just my .02

I either try to fit it in during the week I missed or I will just skip it and do it next week at the same time like usual.

I just pick up where I left off. If I normally do back on Wed and I miss that day, I pick them up on Friday and go from there. I think it's a mistake to skip and excercise for the sake of a schedule.

I just stick to the routine. I don't think it will hurt you much to miss a bodypart one week. In fact, it may do your body some good to get some extra rest.

I would switch around- like if I missed back or shoulders one week, i'd make sure to hit it twice the following week- then back to normal- i also do this with my lagging body parts....

thats what I do, just skip it.

guess this only applies if you use a split based around the weekdays.

Since mines just a 5day split, and the days rotate all around if I miss day 3 then the next day becomes day 3. Since there arn't aligned to the days of the week.
