Skim milk has NO fat. The only bad thing with milk is that it contains 12g of lactose, a simple sugar, per cup. For every 8g of protein you get 12g of simple sugar. Also, a lot of people are lactose intolerant. Never bothered me though, when bulking I drink a half gallon of skim a day or more, when cutting I use the fat-free carb countdown milk. 12g of protein per cup, and only 3g of lactose!

right, you have to count the carbs in milk the same way you'd count protein or fat...I personally stopped drinking milk a couple years ago

Thanks for confirming that bro....i was starting think twice..

So it is better to avoid milk post workout. ( If you want to be technical by the book to the T)

Milk is apparently not a bad post-workout shake, though I still prefer dextrose/maltodextrin+whey. Milk is 20% whey and 80% casein. Not the fastest absorbtion, but still faster than meat which is very much comparable to casein.

Tuna isnt meat though bro. Its fish. Zero Fat.

Lol, no need to get technical here. The absorbtion rate of fish and meat are rather similar. Meat is meat, whether it comes from a bass, a cow or some crickets. :p

Your a cricket man too? I thought i was alone.

Crickets and worms man! The ultimate PWO shake. Just blend 'em up and they're good to go.

I have to realy try worms some day...they look pretty tasty..the big ones. Seriously....they say they are a delicasy.....i have to find a upscale exquisite restaurant that serves them....try them out once. I just hope they arent alive when you eat them like on fear factor.

Prepared well and marinated..etc...i can see them being good.

I suppose so... snails taste good, so why shouldn't worms? :)
