milk is a quality protien source
but it also has lactose (many people are lactose intolerant)
it also contains protein fractions that people may be allergic too.
note- you need to drink 4 cups of milk to get 32g of protein (the amount of protein in one 70cc scoop of pure whey isolate.
milk will not have as high a content of some of the protein fractions that whey isolate, milk isolates, etc will have.
