Week 2 of "The Freak System"

I know last time I put up my routine, I got alot of shit about it. Well im gonna finish posting the rest of it, for those who would like to see it, and for those who wanna see FREAK'S WAY of training.

Here is what I did last week For week 1:
225-1x10
250-1x10
280-1x10
305-1x10
330-1x10

WEEK 2
225-1x10
250-1x8
280-1x8
305-1x8
330-1x8
360-1x8

Then I did 225 for 20 reps. After that I did some inclines presses, incline flyes, and pullovers. I got 5 more weeks to go.

You are cock strong. I have given you no shit about your routine, because it is obviously working for you, and also you did not ask for critique.

I wish I could train like you are doing and get stronger. It would be simpler than having to dream up all the crazy shit I do to try and get stronger, but for me, the old school program did not give back nearly at the same rate as I gave in.

Different strokes for different folks, as I always say. I hope you do well, continue on the path you are going and beat Ed Coan's 242 total record.

I train differently than you, but admire your strength nonetheless. It doesn't matter how you get to your goal. Just do something that works for you, and be committed.

DAMN FREAK you seriously r a freak of nature. See if I was doin that workout after the first set of 225X10 I wouldn't be able to do the next set.

R you using any type of percent from your 1RM????? The reason I ask is b/c I have friends that train for chest/shoulder/etc strength not tri/lats/delts/etc.

Either way whatever ur doin works. Do you take any supplements??
 
WELL CUBANITO AND DECIEVER DONT FEEL BAD, I CAN ONLY HANG FOR THE 225X10, 250X10, AND THE 280X10. THEN I WOULD HAVE DROP THE DAMN REPS. FREAK IS A FREAK.
