I'm two weeks out as of yesterday. I'd like to know what you think about still eating egg whites at this point due to their high sodium content. Is it ok to keep them for awhile longer or do they need to go now. Also I'm going to start Taraxatone on Wednesday for 5 days, then on the Monday before my show drop Tarax and use Aldactone 50mg 2xday. How much water do I need to be taking in with the Aldactone? How should I taper my water consumpion during the last couple of days? Thanks.
