In week 6 of my cutting diet. Carbs are relatively low (120-140 day) all before 12 noon, other than a post workout shake with dextrose early evening. I'm feeling real flat and a little sore from workouts. Was wondering if I should load on some carbs tonight to get my muscles a little fuller? I haven't loaded at all this cutting cycle yet, but was wondering if some extra carbs tonight would replenish a little glycogen. What do you guys think I should do? Stick it out, or load a little tonight? If so what carbs would you guys recommend from which types of foods?
