Ok A few weeks back I switched up my routine. My training week looks like this.
Mon- Chest+Deadlift
Tue-Biceps+Forarms
Wed-Legs
Thur-Back
Fri-Shoulders Tris
Now I've been getting good gains with this routine I usually do about 5 exercise for each bodypart for 4 sets 12,10,8,6,.Some of you may think its alot of exercise but i find this works best for me.
Now I was thinking that every third week instead of doing 4 sets like I stated above but rather do 4 sets of 12 reps each time for each exercise than the next 2 weeks Id do 12,10,8,6,
and than reapeat the 12,12,12,12 for that week and so on.What do you guys think about this.
