Thinking about changing my routine up every 3 week like this, check it out real quick

Ok A few weeks back I switched up my routine. My training week looks like this.

Mon- Chest+Deadlift

Tue-Biceps+Forarms

Wed-Legs

Thur-Back

Fri-Shoulders Tris

Now I've been getting good gains with this routine I usually do about 5 exercise for each bodypart for 4 sets 12,10,8,6,.Some of you may think its alot of exercise but i find this works best for me.

Now I was thinking that every third week instead of doing 4 sets like I stated above but rather do 4 sets of 12 reps each time for each exercise than the next 2 weeks Id do 12,10,8,6,
and than reapeat the 12,12,12,12 for that week and so on.What do you guys think about this.
 
Do what works for you...but I still think that you need a day off in there. I don't think that you can effectively train hard, heavy, and on comound movements for 5 days straight...

Here is what I used to do...

Monday: Legs
Tuesday: Chest

Thursday: Back
Friday: Shoulders, Bic, Tric

i agree with bfold....... you body is taking a bad beating with that workout.

i do mine like this.

week 1: i do static........ holding well over my 1rpm on a lift in my strongest range of motion for 5- 15 seconds ( it overloads my cns)

week 2: i do full reps and sets.......... promotes hypertrophy

week 3: i do power factor..... its basicly doing heavy lockouts (for getting use to moving heavy weights and cns)

week 4 : back to full reps and sets....... more growth and size

then repeat.

this is all on a monday chest/tri/shoulder........wednesday........ quad and ham........ friday........ lat/trap/biceps.

i do cardio on treadmill for 1 hour tue, thru, sat at 3 mph and that never changes... i also do calves and abbs this day as well.

works for me........ i have abs again and im 240lbs........ still got about 25lbs to go in 7 weeks.
