1) SQUATS

god do i fuckin hate squats. i dont think i was meant to squat. im bow legged, small/weak calves, weak core and my hamstring flexiblity is terrible. I have a hard time squatting full ROM, and i never have been able to get my balance properly on rack squats. for awhile i didnt go to parallel and did sissy squats.
I absolutely love deadlifting though and dont mind doing lunges/leg press/leg extension or any ham exercises. ive recommitted myself though to improving this...just because of how important it is for growth. but i hate every second

2.) Cardio.... that isn't a sport. I can play basketball or lacrosse all day, but i hate running like a hamster on a treadmill

3.) dropping everything you're doing to eat a meal every 3 hours.
or having to make sure you pack an extra meal in you're car when you're on the road/out doing shit. i often find myself stopping home to eat and then going to do what i gotta do. eats up a shitload of time.

kinda what i liked about my old office. had a shitload of food in the fridge at work + a full kitchen and of course food at home..never really left the office during the day. always had a meal accessible

Squat off a box. Take a step-up box from your gym and turn it diagonally. Put a towel over it to protect "the boys" too. Pick a box where your legs go parallel or slightly below when you sit.

You'd be surprised. People who don't like squats often like box squats and vice versa.

Waking up and being so fucking hungry you can't think straight.

One arm rows. I really hate those g'damned things. I've actually gotten sick to my stomach doing them. For some reason they demand more of me than deadlifts.

Getting started in general. Once I get moving and start lifting I'm good but getting started is a bitch.

i've tried using a bench, doesn't go low enough. i did it enjoy it though.

step boxes go REALLY low.......at least the ones in my gym.

not sure what you mean by turn it diagonally and how that would benefit?

The ones at my gym have those steps that can stack on each other. Have you tried those?

Sit on the box like this /\ -- not like [ ] -- your nuts go on the apex of the /\

One of the advantages of box squats is you can unload your legs and hips completely. Even guys who have problems with their knees seem to do better when they do that.

And so make sure the box lets you go at least parallel. One gym I used to go to had 11", 13" and 15" boxes.
