The Power of Being Positive...

Damit!! This is why i love the gym! Everyone is just so darn possitive. In many ways, i think relationships at the gym are the perfect relationships. Ever hear the saying that goes something like "love is not too people look at each other, love is two people standing next to each other looking off in the same direction." I dont really understand that in terms of love, but that how it is in the gym. I doesn't matter if the people you lift with are elite or beginners, strong or weak, or whatever - everyone is striving for the same goal: self-imporvement.

The possitive energy is truly awesome.

There is nothing better in the gym than a positive outlook....

...but sometimes the intensity you get in the gym from being pissed off is AMAZING.

Sagat, everybody gets like that sometimes bro. Unfortunately, although we aren't typical humans, we are still human. I've been like that more than usual lately after my surgery.

But I have really good lifting partners that whoop my ass if its down, and I get pretty fired up to be there. The environment the 3 of us create for eachother is like what b-fold was talking about.

I have Slipknot blasting in one ear, and my 6'6" bro yelling in the other. :)

hey thanks a lot bro. i know you're right, just had a moment of weakness, ya know? if a 6'6" dude would be yellin' in my ear, i'd be motivated as hell too :D training alone sometimes just doesn't cut it you know? i guess we all get moody like this sometimes huh...well, no point in dragging it out, i'm kickin ass in the gym tomorrow :D
good luck btw with your injury an' all man, i read about it a while ago, but i'm sure it'll work out just fine.
