Just be careful with Peanut butter; it tends to trigger a binge. Best fat you can have, however is 1 tsp fish oil or 1 cap at night. Flaxseed oil in your shake or salad; in addition to the fat already in your meals. If you have cottage cheese, don't have the casein protein powder.
