Hi all,
I am honestly so confused regarding a T3 cycle. I have compiled numerous different cycles that have been posted on here over the past few years and it has only made me more confused. Ramp up...don't ramp up; go up to 120 mcg/day...don't go over 50 mcg/day; stack with Clen...don't stack with Clen; so many different views (see examples below).
All I want is for some clarity behind which would be the best cycle for me.
My stats: 5'11", 240lbs, 18%BF. Not bodybuilding, but serious athlete. I train 6 days a week (Spinning/Stairclimber 3 days in the AM mixed with Dynamic Training 3 days in PM. Other 3 days are heavy weight training)
Food: 2,000 cal/day. 6 small meals, eating very clean.
There is soooo much knowledge available, can someone please lend a hand? I am willing to provide any information to help make this easier.

Day 11-13: 75mcg (split into three doses, 6 hrs in between)
Day 14-17: 100mcg (split into 4 doses, 4 hrs in between)
Day 18-21: 125mcg (split into 5 doses, 3 hrs in between)
Day 22-25: 100mcg (split into 4 doses, 4 hrs in between)

And HERE IS THE CRITICAL STAGE: The SLOW taper.
This is CRITICAL so that TSH levels are allowed to adapt to the dosage so that there is no crash.
Days 19-22 : 125mcgs (or 100 depends on your max)
Days 23-26 : 100mcgs
Days 27-30: 75mcgs
Days 31-34: 50mcgs
Now, SUPER-SLOW (TSH will be VERY sensitive to ANY T3 now)
Days 35-41 : 37.5mcgs
Days 42-48 : 25 mcgs
Days 49-56 : 12.5 mcgs
