Shake help!

I am currently bulking, and I've been drinking two shakes a day in addition to my normal meals -- one in the morning with my oatmeal, and one after my workout before dinner. I've read some conflicting opinions on what to put in these shakes -- should they be the same?

Right now I'm making both shakes pretty much the same, except that I add 1 Tbsp of Flax Oil to my post-workout shake:

2 scoops Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein
8-10 oz. 1% Milk
2 Tbsp ANPB

Is it bad to include fats in my post-workout shake?

Any and all suggestions are welcome!!

Thanks!

to simply answer your question, YES you do not want fats in your pw shake.....nor do you want fiber.....nothing to slow down the absorbtion of proteins into the bloodstream, hench the reason we use high glycemic carbs.....for an insulin spike.....any other time, it's fine and encouraged....esp. before bed.

Thanks for the help guys -- I'm going to pick up some dextrose and ditch the milk and anpb for my PWO shake.
