This might be the last week of doing the slow 8 count reps. 3 weeks is enough of this hell. Will be going back to the normal heavy stuff again when IGF-1 Starts back up next week. Chest and tri's are fried today on low volume. Doesn't take many sets to grow which is a good thing. I know what my body responds well too and nobody will change my mind. The older I get the smarter I become. If I had done 3 sets of each excercise I would have likely been overtrained today. Never did get my 700 grams of carbs in yesterday. Only hit about 550. Today will be about 500 grams. Protein will stay about 250 which is plenty for me to grow on.
