200mg Tren E or Ace
200mg NPP
50mg Anavar
Semaglutide

It’s possible I might change the 400mg test and go with 200mg DHB and 200mg Test E. I am a firm believer in stacking multiple compounds in lower doses. Each compound has specific advantages over others.
@RoidRage69 stick with trenbolone enanthate if you have a test enan base. And if you cut in july why not go for full 12 week cutter? you'll get super lean maybe down to 230-240 range.

Legs

Every set of every exercise was performed with 8 second reps for time under tension/ mind muscle connection. Will be training this style for the next few weeks to take a break from the heavy stuff.

Cybex Squat Press

Went up a full plate on each side on the cybex leg press today. Got the same amount of reps out with the ultra slow 8 sec count. Was brutal. Legs are jello. Will be shooting for about 700 grams carbs today and about 200 grams protein.
 
I will plan for 8-12 weeks and see how it goes.
@RoidRage69 if you're sticking to 200mgs of trenbolone 8-9 weeks is fine
I get some anger issues on tren so I never go over 8

too bad the protein is so low and carbs so high should be 500/300

This might be the last week of doing the slow 8 count reps. 3 weeks is enough of this hell. Will be going back to the normal heavy stuff again when IGF-1 Starts back up next week. Chest and tri's are fried today on low volume. Doesn't take many sets to grow which is a good thing. I know what my body responds well too and nobody will change my mind. The older I get the smarter I become. If I had done 3 sets of each excercise I would have likely been overtrained today. Never did get my 700 grams of carbs in yesterday. Only hit about 550. Today will be about 500 grams. Protein will stay about 250 which is plenty for me to grow on.

@RoidRage69 you can overtrain easy even as a vet in the gam
