Every set of every exercise was performed with 8 second reps for time under tension/ mind muscle connection. Will be training this style for the next few weeks to take a break from the heavy stuff.

Another brutal slow rep day. Elbow tendonitis flairing up again. Its manageble though. Just have to tough it out and push through it. Will be going for 500 grams carbs and 300 grams protein. Eating plenty of oatmeal and whey protein powder as well as white rice. Will be making another daily batch of high protein ice cream tonight. Ok everyone have a nice strong finish to the week. Lift big and get bigger!!!
