Every set of every exercise was performed with 8 second reps for time under tension/ mind muscle connection. Will be training this style for the next few weeks to take a break from the heavy stuff.

Today's workout was total hell again. 4 sec up 4 sec down on the reps is just absolute brutal. Getting crazy pumps/cramps in the muscles being worked. Taking Taurine just to make sure I can push through the workout without too much pain. Will be taking 2 days off for cardio and then back on Thursday. Today also marks the last shot of IGF for a couple weeks before going back on for another 4 week stint to close out my bulk. Lets all get huge together bros and sisters!!!
