Questions about Prof. Figure/Fitness Model's Diets

I know we've discussed this, but I have the current copy of Oxygen and am still confused by how little these chicks eat. I look at Sassy's diet and it looks tight & healthy. These women maybe at half of what she's eating, or so they say.

Are they always showing pre-contest diets?

a couple of points:

1 - Sassy has a LOT of muscle.....so her cals will automatically be higher than someone who weigh 110 or so.

2 - the diest presented, if not comp diets, are close to what a comp diet would be...these women stay in shape year round as its their job and get paid for contest prmos etc

3 - DRUGS.....HUGE difference...they allow you to eat 30% BELOW MAINTENANCE cals and not lose any muscle

...take TREN, while is a guy drug, I friend was on it...killed his appetite and his cals dropped to 600-900 per day(weighed 230)...he got leaner and his scale weighrt never budged

I was reading Oxy too and noticed the same thing, plus twice as much cardio (5-6 days)

That amount of cardio is pre-competition, it's not like that year around.

Yeah - we've discussed the drugs.

What I don't like about it is that it sends the wrong message to women who don't know about the cutting drugs. They look at these diets and all that damn cardio thinking that it's the only way. Then they fail because because of it.

I think that a figure "look" is doable with clen, fat burners and maybe a touch of var...perhaps primo.

thats still a fair amount of gear

look at some tested shows for a reality check

oops, just read your post... never mind 24K

Plus, again, you can't always believe what you read.

They usually DO do a ton of cardio. I personally know if a couple fitness models who do VERY LITTLE - IF ANY weights. They rely on cardio and pilates ONLY. I've had several discussions with them about this.

For the non-competitors, the muscular look is pretty frowned upon in general fitness modelling. They want definition, but not muscle separation. 6 pack? No way.
