im thinking about starting this program soon, just got done reading the article and have a few questions....

-i read animal mass's description to do dumbell extensions, he said when the dumbell reaches the shoulder to rotate it so the handle is parallel to the ground, am i supposed to rotate so my palm is facing the celing or floor?

-animal mass says the workout should be able to be completed in around an hour give or take, how is this possible?, with the typical sets there is around 25 sets on each day, how am is this supposed to be completed with consideration of getting each exercise ready, stretchinga dn warming up and actual execution of the exercises, how much time do u guys take between sets? im used to doing around 8-10 sets now and taking an hour, granted im going to failure and doing a completely diff kind of routine currently

-ive never done board presses b4, it says to use 5 2X6" boards together to achieve 18 inches long, how is this, how do i set it up?, glue three length wise and the ohter two on top, im confused haha

-never done box squats b4, should i set the box to where i reach exactly parallel, sit on the box around 1 second b4 proceeding up?

all help is much appreciated

I did it for 8 weeks and MASSIVELY leaned up....
I was VERY lucky if i finished a workout in 1 hour 15 minutes... VERY LUCKY... Average was probably 1.5 hours

I will probably try it again in a few months when my knees are better.... I dont remember there being box squats in the program.. is this a revised version or something?

dr bones, you are right haha, i didtn even realize this, i think i got confused between reading the dfht and louden swains recent post about how he ups his squat, for some reason i thought box squat was in the lower body day, i was even looking at the routine when i posted, still would like to kow the answer though just for future reference, tthx

Lets see...
The boards are just cut to 18" or so and you can use duct tape to hold them together. You then just stack the 5 18' boards together on top of each other.

The workout will be done in about an hour, maybe an hour and fifteen. It's possible because the set ranges are different and so are the rep ranges. Me and my training partner could get done in an hour, so one person should be fine.

I would set the box so your hip crease is parallel.

that should cover some of your box squatting questions.

I'm not sure on the extensions.

This program is really solid and I think you'll enjoy doing it and get some good gains from it. GL!
