I drink about 1 litre of unseparated milk every day. Meaning full fat milk. I'm a hardgainer so extra fat doesn't bother me but i wonder if anyone can tell me about nutrient levels and fat levels in unprocessed milk. Would i be better off drinking lowfat health wise?
I'm a big fan of cooked potatoes. Would you consider potatoes to be decent food when body building?
