Q: cooked potatoes. Unseparated milk.

I drink about 1 litre of unseparated milk every day. Meaning full fat milk. I'm a hardgainer so extra fat doesn't bother me but i wonder if anyone can tell me about nutrient levels and fat levels in unprocessed milk. Would i be better off drinking lowfat health wise?

I'm a big fan of cooked potatoes. Would you consider potatoes to be decent food when body building?

Potatoes are an Awesome food for building muscle bro.

And the fat in your milk is saturated fat, not the greatest. Your liver likes to turn Sat fat into blood cholesterol. But I grew up on Whole milk and Im ok, so whatever.
 
Unprocessed milk fat is bad. Potatos are good but an intersting thing about them is that the way your body processes the starch in potatoes is based on their temperature. If you eat the potato hot, the starch is already partially broken down by the heat and thus used by your body more quickly. If they are eaten cold (but still cooked) it will take the body longer to process the starch. Since you're a hardgainer I guess this doesn't make much of a differnce to you but it's interesting none the less.
 
Jubei is right on the spud.
It also depends on how the spud was cooked.
Baked potatoes are processed quicker in the body.
Boiled are processed a little slower.
Potatoes are a cheap staple food fit for any bodybuilding diet.

P.E.I. the potato capitol of Canada had the highest birth weight of new born babies.
Doctors have stated this was largely due to the consumption of spuds.

And everyone thought Greg Kovacs size was due to Cell-tech.
