Pre Training Shakes?

What does everyone drink pre workout? This is what I have, any suggestions?

2 scoops Pro Complex Vanilla
1 scoop Peanut Butter
1.5 cinnamon Graham Crackers
8oz 2% Milk

This usually holds me over during my entire traning and cardio and this dang shake tastes beyond good, give it a try.
 
I would assume your goals are to add mass with that shake? Looks a bit too pleasurable to be useful for cutting LoL.
 
I normally just have a muscle milk shake and something small to eat like a bar and then I am good. I don't feel like working out after I eat so I don't eat much before hand.
 
Pre training if not rushed and plenty time for digestion, I prefer a whole food source for all my p/c/f. Then if dieting, I will have a protein drink during of a fast acting isolate or even better a free form amino blend with added BCAA's. If not dieting, I will add some glucose to this.
 
PreWO for me is
one glucorell-r then fifteen minutes later 30 grams of Pure Maltodextrin and 2 HEAPING scoops of ISO AGB in water.
5 Pure CEE
Two Trex
Two Endurolytes
One Sublingual VitB12

I hydrate at about 5-6 oz of water every 15 minutes while training, sometimes toss back an Endurolyte Cocktail if i am going to do more than just HIIT or if i do LSD-Training or SMSprints and am really sweating up a storm.

The protocol for me is a bit different for when i am cycling (thats with pedals you juice heads, not with needles) :lmao:
