So lately I have been doing this for my post workout shake.....
50g whey, 2 tbsp pure cane sugar, 2 bananas, glutamine, bcaa's, and creatine.
My question: Cane sugar is pure sugar like dextrose right? Just want to make sure it's the same thing.
