Ok so I don't post here often although I should, but just letting you guys know I ain't new to this kind of stuff but just looking for maybe a little advice on my diet. I'm 6'1 approx. 162 lbs and 5% body fat. Am looking to gain some mass but not too fast (bulk)
So here is what I eat on a daily basis.
6.00 a.m: 6 whole eggs with 1 1/3 cups of juice (all in a blender together)
~8.30 a.m: 1 tin of tuna with a little mayo, an apple, 2 cups of Whole milk and some about 40 g of cheese
~11.30 am: 1 1/2 chicken breasts or ~200-250g of beef/pork or fish with fresh vegetables and 1 cup of whole milk
2.45 p.m: 250g of liquid egg whites with 1 cup of whole milk and a banana (PreWO)
3.30 p.m: Workout for 1 hour and 15 mins to 1 hour and half
~5.00 p.m: Post workout weight gainer shake (1060 calories, 52g prot., 176g carbs, 18g fat)
6.00 p.m: same as lunch
~8-9 pm (before bed): 1 cup of 1% cottage cheese with some sort of fruit in it and some almonds.
