My girl friends parents are on this diet. To me, it seems this wouldnt work at all. What they do is eat all the meat they want, eat salad, drink grape fruit and water but at only certain hours of the day. Sounds like a bunch of B.S to me, but here is the catch. In 4 weeks her dad has lost 18lb and her mom has lost 6. What gives?
