Ok, so I changed my diet again. Anyone care to critique? :)

I think I got down what I can eat and what I can't eat. Did it all for a week and now I hope I got a solid basis in my diet. I got carbs and fat lower and upped the protein a little. I also am eatting everyone 2-3 hours now without a 6 hour fasting like before. Only downside is my calories went down about 500cal, but there was no other way to do it unless I up the fat and carbs some more. Anyways this gets me full already, anymore and I might puke from over eatting! So, what do you guys think? :D

6:00am:
2 Whole Eggs + 4 Egg Whites + Protein Shake + Multi-Vitamin
Calories: 400
Fat: 11g
Carb: 20g
Protein: 57g

8:00am - 12:00am:
MRP (Skim Milk, Protien, Banana, 1/2cup Walnuts)

Your Cal's are good that will help in bulking.
Protein could be a little higher but not bad.
Carb's are ok but i would try in get most of them in the early day.
Would bring the fat down to about 62g.

Wait for more replys the other members know alot more then I do about bulking up.
 
Most of my fats are EFA from peanut butter, walnuts, olive oil, etc. I have little saturated fat in my diet, probably only around 8-10g. I figured since its EFA it won't make me put on the fat too fast. I can actually cut out the walnuts from my MRP that would cut around 20g of fat from the diet but also loose 200 calories, I don't know if its a good idea since walnuts do have alot of EFA (only 1.5 saturated). If I can find another source for 200-400 calories I'll do this. What are the ups of eatting carbs earlier? Alot of my carbs from the afternoon mostly come from my wheat bread, beans, rice, and grape juice. I think its around 30-40g of fiber also. Thanks a ton for the reply
