I think I got down what I can eat and what I can't eat. Did it all for a week and now I hope I got a solid basis in my diet. I got carbs and fat lower and upped the protein a little. I also am eatting everyone 2-3 hours now without a 6 hour fasting like before. Only downside is my calories went down about 500cal, but there was no other way to do it unless I up the fat and carbs some more. Anyways this gets me full already, anymore and I might puke from over eatting! So, what do you guys think?
