Novice Looking for Enlightenment

So, as stated in the title of this message, I am naive when it comes to PH, AAS, supporting supps., and PCT. I have been serching for the answers to my obscure understanding and figured that starting a thread would be better than sifting through all the posts bashing on IDS.

I am 21 y/o, 5'9", 170lbs and have been lifting since high school. I have a set diet and the only supplements that I have used are Kre-alkalyn and protein powders. recently I have been trying to simultaneously shred off some fat and continue to gain lean muscle. Today I purchased a thermogenic and was duped into buying IDS Ripped Tabs TR. Now with this impulse buy and buying the product before doing the research, I find myself going about this ass-backwards.

If I were to start the 4-week cycle of the PH, what are the best supporting and PCT supplements to compliment it?

I understand that both are needed to get the full effect of the PH with minimal sides. I have been reading about Milk Thistle for a support supp. and all the SERM, AI, and other PCT combinations (somewhat confusing). I am set on continuing my protein regime, thermo, and the milk thistle during the cycle. I would appreciate any advice.

I'm looking to gain lean muscle as well as shed fat.
I know that I should have just added a thermo to my protein and diet. After reading how IDS makes overly toxic products, I'm considering returning the Ripped Tabs TR as I purchased them at a local shop...any suggestions on a better PH cutter to obtain?
