Notjake11's Test Infusion Log

Will have a full update tonight - just home for a quick meal before back to work. Basically settled into new position now so will be able to return to more regular schedule with posts.
 
I apologize for the lack of updates. I spent most of last week getting settled into my new position, going through additional training and dealing with shit at work. My schedule is normalizing now so I will be back to my usual update schedule.

I have stayed on track with my workouts and my SARMs/Albuterol/TI/Supps. I'm continuing to feel the same sense of well being, sleeping like a baby and recovering very well from my workouts. My strength has continued to improve and I'm really looking forward to doing a max out at the end of this cycle to see how much progress I've made.

A couple of notes:

1. I did make a change in my workouts effective this week. The traditional 5x5 routine with squats 3/week was too much. I've switched to a two day split using a modified 5x5 that I started this week. Each workout will be done twice each week and the focus is still on the large compound lifts, I just changed the structure to give my legs a bit of rest between.

2. My second race (and longest run to date) will be this Saturday. It's a half-marathon trail race and I'm pretty pumped about it.

3. My diet was all over the place last week with the messed up schedule. However, I have added motivation to get back on track. An ex who broke my heart a couple years ago is going to be at a party I'm going to in three weeks. Last time she saw me I was still 60+ pounds overweight. Not a single bit of unclean food will be passing my lips until then as I plan on looking my absolute best.

4. I'm having a blast planning my next cycle after my mini-PCT from this. New transdermals, HGH and perhaps even the new SARM from unique. I've got a thread up on the forum at NTBM that I posted last night discussing it:

As an FYI, Nate has made me a Mod over at that forum and I will be logging my cycles there as well after this one. Those of you who aren't already members there should be - we've had some pretty amazing conversations/threads about the new compounds and everyone should be getting involved.
 
My husband was looking over my shoulder and wanted me to tell you to keep it up, he chose you to log for a reason...thanks for your dedication to your log...he is still watching from a far!

I'm feeling stronger and stronger every single day while simultaneously dropping fat and leaning out. That's a pretty mindblowing combination. Before starting this cycle I was experimenting with 5x5 on bench for a while. About a week before the cycle I tried and failed to complete the 5x5 at 215. Today I did the full 5x5 at 220 and felt like I could have done more. It took an exercise of will to not keep going for more reps after finishing the fifth set. Friday I will try 225 - one of those milestone ego numbers - and proceed on plan, but the temptation to see how high I can go is there. Patience grasshopper.

While the bad eating the last couple of weeks had me storing some water and looking a bit soft, two days of clean eating has me looking nice and tight again. I mentioned a while back that one of my coworkers had commented on my arms getting huge. The same guy today commented that I was making him and the other trainers on staff look bad given that I am over a decade older than most of them but am in as good if not better condition. That was fun to hear.

The only downside is that the last couple of days I have started to notice some vision sides from the S4. I upped the dosage to 60mg/day at the start of week three (8 days ago) and the sides started this weekend. They aren't serious or even a problem - slight yellow tint and some small delay in adapting from bright light to dark but hasn't been even a hint of an issue with driving even at night - but I'm paying attention to make sure they don't get worse. If they stay like this I won't change anything. If they get worse I'll go to 5/2.

Just as a heads up - I will be doing a separate log on behalf of a friend/client who will be running the transderm test/winny. He doesn't want to be named or identified but has agreed to let me post info about the cycle and his workouts to help others see how it goes. I'll post on his behalf and since I do his workouts I'll be able to give an impartial review as it goes.
