Notjake11's Test Infusion Log

I have noticed that I've been having an issue with a bit of hunger/appetite issues the last few days. I have seen many discussing N2Burn as a great stim/appetite control. Is that compatible with the rest of this stack?

Congrats on the promotion bro! Don't worry about going off your strict diet... we all do it sometimes and as humans I think it is needed to let us know we are still alive :) Keep up the good work!

This is just going to be a quickie as I have had two very long days at work (getting settled into the new position and dealing with a big event at work today).

Back on track with diet. Workouts have been badass and I'm loving this 5x5 routine. Mood is great. Only issue is being a bit tired after two long days of work and not enough sleep. I have another very long day tomorrow, but the rest of the week after that opens up and I'll be able to catch up on sleep. Even without it I'm still doing well - lifts continuing to increase, body rebounding from the binges and loving life.

On each exercise I ramp up to working weight with a couple warmups and then do 5x5 at my working weight. I'm doing a two day split with the following breakdown:

Day 1 - Squat, Bench Press, Bent Over Barbell Row
Day 2 - Squat, Seated Barbell Press, Deadlift

On Day 1 I superset Chinups with the Squats and Day 2 I do Pullups (not part of a standard 5x5 but I'm training for endurance races and a tough mudder so helps with my conditioning). At the end of Day 1 I do one or two tricep exercises and after Day 2 I do biceps. I'm lifting 3 days a week (typically MWF) so each workout gets done 3 times every 2 weeks.

I'm debating switching that breakdown because I don't know that I want to be doing squats 3x per week. My thought is to do the following

Squat
Bench
Seated Barbell Press
Triceps exercises

Deadlift
Bent Over Barbelll Row
Pullups
Bicep Exercises

With this split I could do each 2x/week for four total workous (MT/ThF for example). Still toying with this idea.

take 1 n2burn in the morning with an egg or apple. it will murder your appetite throughout the day. if you aren't worried about the scale going up then don't worry about it. I am doing a 1 week hard cut ahead of pictures after bulking for almost 2 months and this has been my strategy and its working well.. abs are showing well..

I agree with steve here. N2Burn is great unless you are trying to gain some weight.

It's almost spring time here, though, so i'm running it with my sarms with great effect. Lot's of sweating and not much hunger!
