Natural guy doing 11-12 workouts per week. WHAT? How is it possible!

I used to do big beyond belief like 2 years ago, and honestly, it did increase my strenght, and i did see veins pooping out and stuff (which are now gone) and i was looking pretty good. You worked out EVERY DAY. yeah it was weird, definately not the usual, youd work some muscle groups like every day for a week, it was crazy and brutal. maybe this guy works out 5 days a week and counts his cardio as a seperate workout?

The 12 work outs probably work out to be the same as 4 of yours.

I dont think he would be doing 12 full on work outs.

I tried a program and i benched 2 times a day then the next day squated 2 times a day next day benched........so on and so forth.

Because i would only use 5x5 or 2x7 the volume was very low. it worked a treat as well.

remember natural these days means you use steroids but dont use insulin or HGH.

He does 30-35 sets for major bodyparts and 20-25 for minor bodyparts! That is quite a low volume! (sarcasm)
 
I lift 4 or 5 times a week, and I run about 10 miles a week and do calisthenics (ass load of push ups and sit ups 800-1000) also I bike 30 to 40 miles a week.

I work a crazy schedule 2 days 6am-6pm off for a day and a half then 2 days 6pm-6am off for 3 days then repeat. Also known as 2/24-2/72.
