I used to do big beyond belief like 2 years ago, and honestly, it did increase my strenght, and i did see veins pooping out and stuff (which are now gone) and i was looking pretty good. You worked out EVERY DAY. yeah it was weird, definately not the usual, youd work some muscle groups like every day for a week, it was crazy and brutal. maybe this guy works out 5 days a week and counts his cardio as a seperate workout?
