My Protein shake recipe

Ok, so my problem with protein shakes is that I tire of them quickly. They are good for like a week, tolerable for a month, and then they are dreadful.

I've come up with a shake I've been using for months now, and get this, I look FORWARD to it!

Its not loaded with protein, but its got a great mix of carbs abd protein to lift your spirits after a heavy lifting session.

I don't know what quantities I put in, I just put about equal amounts of:
frozen blueberries
frozen pineapple
frozen raspberries
one bananna

A scoop of nonfat plain yogurt

Some raw honey

cup or so of Orange Juice

two scoops of designer whey vanilla protein.

I put that in a shake blender and it smooths it up nicely, shake goes down easy and leaves me wanting more.

really? need a good blender, grinds up the oats real small.

just don't leave it out for prolonged periods of time. it basically turns into glue

yea i didnt have a blender, i just tried to stir it up and the whey wouldnt mix and it just came out this crunchy chewy sticky mess
