ok.
so yesterday i wrote down my diet, a new one.
i didnt wrote down what to eat but ill figure that out, not so hard.

so i planned that everey 3 day ill increase my cals whit 200.
dont want to gain to much fat and water so is it really a need to take more cals than that....

im weighting 83 kg now, upper 4 abs showing,183 cm.
when i was clean i ate 3300 cals a day to build mucsle.
in about 2 days ill go to 3500 cals.

so heres my plan.
3500
2-3 days after that increase to 3600, 2-3 days after that 3800 and so on so on.

the ratio will be 30%protein,40%carbs and 30% fat,

ill increase the cals so and so much depending how ill look in the mirror and depending on strenth.

now, is it something u shoud have changed about this plan, now when u got the knowledge?

its my first cycle.
test p for 9 weeks.

thanks guys

Your not going to be able to sustain that increase through whole cycle but I get your drift on what your looking to do but I don't think it's necessary. I would start out with a reasonable amount of calories and then maintain that through cycle and if you feel you need to up it at some point then do so rather than incrementally doing each couple of days as you are now. When you do increase then direct the extra calories primarily at sources of protein.

Use Fitday.com to track the exact numbers. Easy to use and it ratios everything out for you as you enter each meal. After using it, I saw that I was getting 400g of protein a day and I was unaware it was that high. It was a nice surprise. It really has made tweaking my diet so much easier

i think while on cycle you should drop the fat and make the lost cals up with protein as much as you can. you dont need high fat while on cycle.

I haven't used FitDay.com but will check it out. I posted about Livestrong.com in the diet forum and am really liking it so far. iPhone/ iPod touch integration is killer too!

I don't know about you guys but when ever I try and estimate my macros I'm WAY off!

I hear ya but it's good to see total calories, fiber, cholesterol, sugar, fats, etc.

Ya make sure you are getting at least 300 grams of protein a day. Fat as long as it's good/efa's etc, can be around 100 / day. ( that's only 900 cals). Carbs I would eat as much as you can for the first few meals then low it until pwo. last meal I like meat and greans.
As long as protien is increased from your current diet, you will see results.
Good Luck!!

protein is key .. consume double your bodyweight in protein ..if u weight 200 = 400 gms protein .. etc
