I probably should've created a thread on my use of this product a while back given how effective it's been. This is one of Needto's products and it was originally marketed to men as a post cycle recovery (PCT) product, but is now bundled into a stack for women (the Alpha Princess) which you can check out in the stickie at the top of this forum.

I've recently finished my first bottle of Bridge. The label recommends 3 caps daily and I ran it most of the way through at only 2 caps daily. Friday 5/28 I started my 2nd bottle, but will be running it full strength now, i.e. 3 caps daily.

Owing to some chronic liver problems (my bile doesn't flow normally and causes my liver to get congested sometimes) I was not able to eat as much protein and calories as I would have liked during my first bottle of Bridge. Having said that though, the effects on my body were profound.

Hardness and vascularity like I've never seen in myself. My abdomen has always been very flat, but the skin is now paper thin and I can actually see veins all over my abs and obliques now. (please notice in my avi I am not Caucasian, so being able to see veins so clearly under my brown skin is impressive) The vascularity in my arms is insane. It's even more prominent than when I ran PP's 1-T Tren this time last year. My body looks like I'm running a var cycle. Strength gains have been good, but I expect they would've been far better if I'd been able to eat more than about 80g of protein daily. Stamina is above normal. Mental intensity in the gym is far above normal.

Just based on my experience so far I'd say Bridge would make an excellent contest prep agent. Given the right diet it definitely seems to encourage fat loss and drying out while supporting lbm preservation. I've dropped 1.5% bf while gaining about 2lbs of muscle. The huge increase in hardness and vascularity makes the bf change look like WAY more than 1.5% though. I keep finding myself touching my own abdomen because is feels so freakishly hard. It's awesome.

Side effects are almost zero. The 1-T Tren caused a lot of sweating and some insomnia. Also, irritability was a pretty consistent problem for me. With Bridge I've gotten some transient irritability when I first start or up the dose, then it resolves. No insomnia, no acne. Guess you could call it a side, or maybe not, but I've lost significant breast size....like more than my bf drop would suggest. I suppose that's due to a decrease in estrogen.


My sex drive is fucking nuts. (pardon the language)


Liver is doing better now so I've been able to pump up the protein and cals now. Am hoping to pack on some beef to see what this stuff can really do.


Ok here's the list of ingredients. They are all herbs or herbal extracts except for the Alpha GPC and the Pregenolone, the latter of which is the only hormone in Bridge.

Cassis Grandis: 300mgs
Phosphatydl Serine: 75mgs:
Fadogia Aggrestis: 500mgs:
Alpha GPC (L Alpha Glycerylphosphorycholine): 125mgs
EGCG: 150 mgs
Resveratrol: 25mgs
Euricoma Longifolia root 100:1 extract: 200mgs
Muira Puama 12:1 extract 200 mgs
Lepidium Meyenii: 100mgs
Pregenolone: 5mg

Would definitely like to see how it compares to the Epi, Rebecca. Yeah Let us know for sure. Given the pretty much total lack of sides I might suggest you run it full strength. Only reason I didn't was b/c I couldn't eat enough protein or cals to really exploit it and didn't want to waste the product.
 
Three days on the full dose and I'm definitely getting some insomnia. Last night was day 4 and the insomnia was even worse. I'm up like 2 hours past my bedtime to get sleepy, but once I do fall asleep I'm fine. Might have to take 1/2 a Unisom for a week or so until I acclimate to the higher testosterone level.

This would be VERY good for your PCT after Var I would think, because Need2 has told me a couple times that it stacks well (for a female esp) following a cycle of epi-strong.
