I have just started a 12 week cycle someone has put me on at the gym
1ml sust every wed and sun
1ml deca a week
2 proviron morning and night for cycle.......to combat water retention
1 nolverdex.......to help with estrogen
Training 1 hour solid 5 times a week on weights
Training boxing 1 hour week sparring
P,ease advise if what I'm doing is the right method
