I have come here for somewhat of a kick in the ass..... It has been almost 3 years since I have been in a Gym and lifting serious. A week here, two weeks there, some chicken breast here, an entire pizza a milkshake a double cheeseburger there. I am 32 5' 11" 260lbs. If I leaned out, I could hit 235 solid. The gyms in my area suck so, I partially blame that fact. Maybe some of you could share what saved you in this situation. Thanks.
 
It's all about how badly you want it...

...if you want it badly enough you'll find yourself in the gym...and no amount of excuses will stop you!!
 
...personally, I've never been able to eat an entire pizza by myself....I think I was blessed with a small appetite....which isn't so good for bulking - but it comes in handy when it's time to cut and shred!!
 
I've learn that I can get people fired up, but it only lasts until difficulty sets in. Then, they're back to whatever they were doing before. The only one that can fire yourself up is you...or a hot chick I suppose:)

Man, just get out there and run. Fuck the shit gym, GO TO IT instead of eating pizzas and milkshakes - you lazy fat shit. You aint gonna last long if you keep this bullshit attitude. Train like a man - you have a womans attitude on this. Get your diet right and start movin.
And get yoass up and start training too - shitty gym or not. Run for 60 mins, play soccer, sprint, pick a fight - but exercise. Get pissed off often and play songs like the one above. Ask for kicks in the ass more often. Songs will piss the shit out of you if you and motivate you even if you dont understand the meanings of the song. When Im pissed, im motivated. That is why I love pissing myself off. So cmon bro - in all seriousness, MOVE !!!

YOU are the one that has to get yourself back into training. Not others. If you dont want it, then dont waste your time.

I think you got me with the womans attitude comment. As far as being pissed off goes, I have already lost two jobs in the last year and a half because of my temper. So its takin time for me to settle down. And I'm still settling down. But, your right it is tough to motivate yourself without banking on extreme emotion.
 
My best advice is go to a buffet and watch all the f*ckin fat slobs stuff their faces without self dignity or respect. They toil in their meaningless lives without hope, since they have decided they can do no better.Watch it enough and you will live in the gym.
