I have come here for somewhat of a kick in the ass..... It has been almost 3 years since I have been in a Gym and lifting serious. A week here, two weeks there, some chicken breast here, an entire pizza a milkshake a double cheeseburger there. I am 32 5' 11" 260lbs. If I leaned out, I could hit 235 solid. The gyms in my area suck so, I partially blame that fact. Maybe some of you could share what saved you in this situation. Thanks.
