*Hello all! Our computer is back up and working! So i apoligize for my absence. But everything has been going great! My workouts have been awesome. I'm still making great gains on the Slin! Weight not dropping much, but as i said before my body comp. is changing all the time! I'm sliming down in mid section and love handles, while getting much more vascular. Pumps are still great which i've come accustomed too. My workouts have been a liitle different due to my poor planning but they have been great. I plan on being back on track tomorrow! Plus i've got alot of catching up to do here for Needto and on some other sites for him also. But i am back! Hope your all well!

*Had an awesome workout, very fast paced. Went light on shoulders for i did them yesterday, but wanted to get back on my normal workout routines. Starting to hit abs alot more often to trim up. So all is well with me and i hope your all doing well also! Tomorrow Back & Bi's.

This week i promise! But don't get your hopes up for i do'n think they'll be amazing! The Slin is working thou, i feel a shit ton fuller and i'm triming down nicely. I'm gonna throw in measurements from when i started to now also.

*I usually don't have shitty workouts but this was one of them! No energy and my lower back was killing me. I tried to make the best of it.
