So i videotaped myself today posing. And i came to a few conclusions. I have never seen myself through a video before so it was interesting. I noticed that my strong part was actually my back and not my front as i have always thought. My front looks scrawny but my back looks thick.

Now I'm depressed, i need to hit the gym tomorrow, hard...

I got very depressed looking at pictures I took of myself. I`ve never taken pictures before and then I took a look... I still have the pics sitting on my dresser so I can see them EVERYDAY to remind me of how skinny/fat/ugly/disporportioned/weak mother fucker I am.

I could`nt believe it you look totally different than your pics from a mirror. Tthat was like 2 months ago and I`m still not over it. I really think I went into a depressed state. I almost cried. lol

i was kinda bummed out when i last took pics, but not really.

just thankfull i look so much better than i did even at the start of this year.

still a long way to go!

I have these lumps on the end of my collar bones that i hate with all my heart! After getting some traps they have become less visible but after watching the video i noticed that they stick out and look fucking ugly. Gawd im gonna develop a phobia or something.

I need MEAT on my neck and shoulders right now!!! *gaaah*

Video is magic for progress.
Yup
We use to record fights and sparring. It would expose all sorts of things that no one saw before. Same thing goes for lifting or posing.

I take a pic of myself once a month and keep them on my fridge. I still look bad, but looking at a year ago when I was 250 at 36 or 7% body fat makes me feel good. 195 at 18% is not great, so I still use it as a motivator. I wish I could film myself working out, but the guys at my gym would never let me live it down :)
