Long steady cardio vs interval training

it might take some getting used to. basically, yu want to divide your daily caloric intake by the number of meals - that is that amount of calories to eat at each meal.

example .... 1600 calories a day in 6 meals. 1600/6 = 266 calories per meal
 
As some that could do 90 minutes on level 10 pike and peak on the stairmaster without holding on - I much prefer interval training. I think it hits your body differently, you can control it better and change it up so your body doesn't become noresponsive to your efforts.
