Lactose filtration?

Do you guys in the states have such thing as Lactose free WHOLE milk? In France its too expensive for me to drink half a gallon of it a day. Anyone know of a rather simple lactose filtration process? I have access to lab equiptment and scales.

yeah we have it, not sure how much it costs. I don't think theres a method you could do at home to filter out the lactose. What about soy milk? doesn't that contain no lactose, mabe thats cheaper yourway.

im sure it tastes like shit.
plus I have the image that cow milk is more hardcore than SOY - a friggin bean. its just a thing i have.

what about goat milk. I know someone who is lactose intolerant and they can have goat milk.
