Hey bros, I just started dieting a couple days ago. I was just wondering how insulin can be used effectively for dieting (with the carb fluctuations and the calorie-cutting bullshit). I mean I can see how it is awesome for bulking, but I think it'd be a little more tricky to manipulate when trying to get ripped because it shuttles any macronutrient without discrimination, therefore increasing the risk of excessive carbs and fat intake.
Any experienced bros do this during contest prep? Thanks....
