I'm in need of someone to coach me via internet for detailed diet plan aswell as training routines to get the Spartan look... I want to be shredded and big, those are my goals.. I dot care if my lifts go up or not, my goal is to focus on changing how I look.. I am currently 165lbs at about 12-13% bf.. My goal is to be 185-190 at 8%... I am willing to train like a dog and eat anything the diet consists of. I will give you weekly updates and pictures of my progress.

Thank you.

The 300 workout was not what the cast of 300 did to get into that shape but was a one off fitness test/challenge. The training for 300 was a hybrid of bodyweight, kettle bell, plyo, medicine ball - hell, everything you can imagine thrown in and they never repeated a work out. Twights theory behind it was that appearance was a result of fitness so he put together workouts that improved; strength, explosiveness, cardio and endurance, to create functional strength for fight sequences and the appearance of a warrior type physique was a by product of this.

The diet they used was also designed to reflect someone that lived off the land. I think a paleo style (meat, veg, fruit, seeds and nuts only) at approx maintenance cals was what he prescribed. It was a while back since I read the article on gym jones but pretty sure this was the jist of it
