I used to use Hydroxy cut fat burners and they realy worked but I stopped using them because they made me feel terrible when I trained. I started taking them, one tablet three times daily 1/2 hours before either a meal or training, then went on to 2 tablets three time daily and then when I reached three tablets, after the last dose, I would train (1/2 hour later) and during my workout Id feel terrible kinda like a mixed heartburn/ indigestion feeling and also a little light headed. I tried cutting down the dosages going back to 2 tabs 3 times daily etc but I was still getting sick.
I know some people are alergic to the Ma Haung Agent (Ephedrine Extract) in the capsules but as far as I know Im not, I also tried a different brand (RIpped FueL) But still feel sick while training
Any suggestions?
