How often should one train with needsize's 5x5 + 4x8-10 routine?
I was thinking just once per week on each body part?
What are some exercises one could do with thier back on this plan, as well as biceps, triceps and shoulders?
when could I throw in power and hang cleans if my program looks like this:
mon:
chest, tris
tues:
back
wed:
biceps
thurs:
shoulders:
fri:
legs
do any of you think that I should switch my biceps and shoulder days around?
