i just did the first pin of my tren/test prop cycle yesterday...
75mg tren ace ed week 1-8
125mg test prop week 1-10
2ml rhoms fat loss drops
What do you think of this diet?
meal 1- 8 egg white
meal 2- 8 oz chicken with 1/2 cup raw almonds
meal 3- 50g whey with 2 tblsp PB
meal 4- 8 oz salmon with 1 cup asparagus and 1 tblsp macadamia nut oil
meal 5- 50g whey with 2 tblesp PB
meal 6- 8 egg whites
meal 7- 25g casein
will do a carb refeed on sunday rest where i will just smash carbs all day/low fat
will do low intensity cardio 3-4 days a week, weights 5 days a week
Stats 5'7 190 15% bf
want to be under 10% in 10 weeks
